Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that there may be delays due to a high volume of orders upon the release of any new collection. In addition, shipping carrier delays are outside our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over $100.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@iconicundies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please use a residential or business address for shipping so orders are not delayed or returned.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions please contact us at support@iconicundies.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@iconicundies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
